FOUNDER
MONICA B. SAMUELS
As the founder of Quasar Quantum Healing, Monica's mission is to promote health care through the advancement of holistic, non-pharmaceutical methods and modalities known as the Theta Wellness Process. It was Monica’s discovery of this remarkable healing process that ultimately transformed her own daughter's life and set her down the path of healing. Read about their journey here.
Previously Monica has worked closely with the Chopra Center and numerous philanthropic endeavors including the Severson Sisters, Florence Crittenden, Sojourner Center, Big Brothers / Big Sisters of America, the Arizona Women’s Foundation, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Anasazi Foundation, and The Verde Valley School International Baccalaureate Program.
Monica holds a bachelor's degree from the Walter Cronkite School of Broadcast Journalism within Arizona State University.
MARKETING DIRECTOR & HOLISTIC WELLNESS COACH
LAUREN KRISON
Lauren is responsible for marketing strategy, growth, and the brand story at Quasar Quantum Healing.
She brings deep experience across a variety of business categories and most recently led marketing for Capital Pacific, now CPX, where she oversaw every aspect of the brand from ideation to execution.
As a Holistic Wellness Coach, Lauren combines her passion and knowledge of health and wellness with her own personal experiences. Through a holistic, integrative, and personalized approach, she works closely with clients to help them identify and overcome areas of their life where they're living out of alignment with their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
She holds a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.


YOGA INSTRUCTOR & STUDIO QQH MANAGER
ALANA SAMUELS
Alana is the Manager of The Studio @ QQH and a registered yoga teacher (RYT200). Having practiced yoga for over 5 years, she earned her certification and now teaches monthly classes at The Studio. She is the daughter of Monica, the founder of QQH.
As the manager of The Studio @ QQH, Alana seeks to establish ongoing relationships with instructors of yoga, breathwork, and beyond as well as promote The Studio as a great event location. She enjoys collaborating with her clients to create classes and events that are inspiring and impactful. She finds that the health benefits and aesthetic of the Himalayan Salt Cave make The Studio @ QQH a one-of-a-kind space.
Alana considers herself an advocate of wellness, having worked with special populations in the healthcare and prevention fields. She holds two Bachelors' Degrees in Psychology and Spanish Linguistics as well as a Certificate of Brazilian Studies from Arizona State University.
