HIMALAYAN SALT WALLS YIELD MANY THERAPEUTIC BENEFITS
Himalayan salt walls emit free negative ions which are absorbed by the body. The negative ions emitted from Himalayan salt also balance the body’s positive-to-negative ion ratio, allowing for more blood flow and oxygen uptake. Moreover, the negative ions emitted neutralize positive ions from dust and pollen. As an added benefit, Himalayan Salt Walls are known to possess antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal properties.

Our imported cork flooring is hypoallergenic. Further, the cork’s unique cellular structure allows cork floors to withstand compression and bounce back.
When cork floors are subjected to pressure or weight, the air in the cells is compressed, thus cushioning the impact on the body. Our clients enjoy the benefit of a vigorous workout without all the inflammation that arises from repeated impact with an unforgiving surface.
A WALK IN THE LABYRINTH ADDS AN ELEMENT OF ANCIENT RITUAL
The labyrinth is an ancient symbol used by multiple societies and dates back 4,000 years.
Resembling a maze, the labyrinth symbolizes a journey inward, towards your true self, followed by a journey outward to reconnect with the external world.
Our labyrinth is located in the front courtyard surrounded by the four elements (water, earth, air, fire) and can be incorporated into events such as a walking meditation, astrological/moon ceremony, or other mindful ritual.
Our space is perfect for any wellness-related event, including meditations, sound baths, energy healings, breathwork sessions, yoga classes or trainings, workshops, and daytime retreats, as well as gatherings such as bachelorettes, birthdays, and team building.
Included in our facility amenities are use of the salt cave, labyrinth, SmartTV with Bluetooth and AirPlay (great for music and presentations), and all of our props: yoga blankets, blocks, bolsters, and meditation rounds. Banquet tables and chairs can be rented at an additional cost.
